Deploy ReasonDx across pre-clerkship, clerkship, and GME in a single institutional license. Track every student's reasoning patterns before they reach the wards.

Clinical reasoning is the most consequential skill in medicine — and the hardest to teach at scale. Students memorize facts but can't synthesize them under pressure. Clerkship directors see it. Residency programs feel it. LCME and ACGME are measuring it. ReasonDx gives you the infrastructure to develop and document it.
ReasonDx is built for deployment at scale — not just individual student access.
We handle the setup. You focus on the teaching.
The ReasonDx faculty dashboard shows you each student's reasoning trajectory — not just their scores. Identify premature closure patterns, see which diagnostic categories are repeatedly missed, and flag students for advising before small gaps become big problems.
| Student | Cases | Avg Score | Cognitive Traps | Trend |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Chen, M. | 14 | 87% | Anchoring ×2 | ↑ +12% |
| Johnson, K. | 11 | 71% | Premature closure ×5 | ↓ –3% |
| Okonkwo, T. | 16 | 91% | None flagged | ↑ +8% |
| Patel, R. | 9 | 68% | Framing ×3, Anchoring ×4 | → Stable |
| Williams, A. | 13 | 79% | Search satisficing ×2 | ↑ +6% |

All institutional plans include faculty analytics, cohort tracking, and dedicated support. Contact us for exact pricing — we structure around your enrollment and budget cycle.
All plans include a 30-day pilot period. Budget cycle flexibility available — ask about annual, semester, or grant-funded arrangements.
Most programs are fully deployed within 5–10 business days of contract signing. This includes LMS integration, SSO setup, faculty account provisioning, and roster import. We handle the technical setup — your IT team just needs to provide SSO credentials and an LMS API key.
Yes. ReasonDx supports LTI 1.3 integration with Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, and D2L/Brightspace. Assignments, completion data, and grades can flow back to your gradebook automatically. We also support deep linking so faculty can embed specific cases directly into course modules.
All student data is institution-scoped — meaning only faculty and administrators at your institution can see your students' data. We never share or aggregate student-identifiable data across institutions. Data processing agreements (DPAs) are available for institutions that require them. We do not sell or use student data for advertising or model training.
Yes — CaseForge, our institutional case authoring tool, lets faculty build cases scoped to your program. Cases can be built from scratch or by adapting existing ReasonDx cases. All custom cases go through clinical accuracy validation before deployment. Authoring access is included in Medical School and Health System plans.
Yes. We offer a structured 30-day pilot for interested programs. The pilot includes a defined cohort (typically one course or clerkship), full faculty dashboard access, a mid-pilot check-in, and a data summary report at the end. There is no obligation to continue. Contact us to discuss pilot structure and timing.
ReasonDx is complementary, not competitive, to question banks and traditional case libraries. Question banks build knowledge recall; ReasonDx builds reasoning process. Programs typically position ReasonDx for small-group preparation, clinical reasoning instruction blocks, pre-clerkship bridging, and remediation — while keeping traditional question banks for knowledge recall. We can share a curriculum mapping guide on request.
ReasonDx was designed and built by Lauren Fine, MD, FAAAAI — a board-certified allergist/immunologist and medical educator with deep expertise in clinical skills education and curriculum design. Dr. Fine has delivered a TEDx talk on inquiry-based learning in medical education. The platform reflects her direct experience designing clinical reasoning curricula for health professions learners.
